Owner Builder Information
Where work is to be carried out by an Owner Builder and the value exceeds $11,000.00, the Applicant is to obtain an Owner Builder permit from
the Building Services Authority, the receipt of which is to be sighted by Council before the approved application will be released.
Registered Builder Information
If the proposed work is to be carried out by a Registered Builder and the value exceeds $3,300.00, the Builder is to obtain Consumer
Protection Insurance from the Building Services Authority and the receipt is to be sighted by Council before the approved application will be
released.
