Open Space and Recreation Plan
Structure of the Strategy
The Emerald
Open Space and Recreation Plan comprises four reports and an executive
summary. Each report
represents work undertaken during the four phases of the study.
The Strategy
Plan presents strategies and actions to address current and future open
space and recreation needs of the Emerald Shire community. It builds upon
the Key Issues Paper, Background Research Report and the Consultation
Report.
This Key
Issues Paper identifies the major issues identified during Phases 1, 2 and
3 and outlines a number of options for addressing the issues. It builds
upon the Background Research Report and the Consultation Report.
The
Consultation Report summarises the results of the investigations
undertaken as part of Phase 3.
The
Background Research Report summarises the results of the investigations
undertaken into previous reports and studies conducted by Council.
